To Eat or not to Eat..??

I never knew that different kind of frustrations can have an effect on your eating habits. I mean yes, a problem can be a problem but there are millions of problems / frustrations in life. And not all are dealt in the same way.

Personally, i always feel exceptionally hungry when its a work related problem. On the other hand, when its a home related issue, the empty tummy feels good.

I always end up in that dilema, DO YOU????

Interesting..

I realized that when I am buzy doing university tasks and assignments..like REALLYYY buzy..I don't eat much..but sometimes its the opposite cuz i ran away from studying by eating..

but when I am frustrated and angry because of home issues..ex: fighting with my 6 & 1/2 years old nephew or if someone criticizes me..I tend to eat more..maybe cuz i wanna show them that i am the boss of me or something..

I forgot to mention

That..

some people tend to eat more..when they r sad..because..they associate food with happiness..happy moments..happy gatherings and so on..

its like when u like a stranger just because he looks/sounds like ur father or a friend..

so my dilema is more serious cuz i am studying to be a nutritionist& at the same time I eat the wrong foods sometimes at the wrong time :S lets hope that will change..insha Allah

It true man stress specially relating to studies does make me go really hungry...but then again its more of an innocent excuse to get away from studies... sad part I ran away from studies very often yet not able to gain weight..... well I guess life is that way...........holy moly thats another frustration :@
